Emergency Fast Weight Loss Tips

Ok first and foremost, it's important to know that the techniques you are about to read about is very dangerous, and can even be fatal.

These techniques are NOT safe to use short-term, and definitely not so in medium or long-term. These emergency fast weight loss tips I'm about to share with you will not make you lose fat, it's just water weight that's lost.

Boxers and MMA fighters, who are notorious for being able to lose weight extremely quickly, use these dehydration techniques to make weight for a fight.

Before the fighters do this, they drink tons of water to help speed up the metabolism and to rid the body of unwanted cellular waste.

Here are the crazy and insane methods fighters use to lose weight extremely quickly (under very careful supervision of a professional):
  • Sauna/Steam Room. They wear a polyester tracksuit (conducive to heating up your body) while sitting in the sauna. This is very very dangerous. They never do more than 25 minutes per session.
  • Intense Cardio Sessions. Which includes, skipping rope, running, and/or biking while wearing the polyester tracksuit, or as much clothing as possible.
  • Spitting. They spit into a cup as a way of eliminating as much fluid from their body as possible. 
  • Don't Consume Any Sodium. Sodium (aka salt) retains water.
  • Diuretics. Diuretics (aka "water pills") causes the body to urinate a lot which means elimination of water and salt in the body. Diuretics has a ton of side effects beyond just dehydration including: dizziness; arrhythmia, headaches, blurred vision, muscle cramps and the list goes on and on...
  • Laxatives. Laxatives (aka purgatives or aperients) are used to increase the body's bowel movements. The side effects of laxatives include, but are not limited to, muscle cramps, dizziness, confusion and skin irritation.
  • Colon Cleansing. Not only will cause a few pounds of weight loss but it's actually very good for your health. Doing a cleanse does not only eliminate the bad bacteria but also the good. When doing a colon cleanse it's a good idea to consume some probiotics to replace the good bacteria. Yogurt is a great source of probiotics.
